A reliability of .975 was reached in Cronbach's Alpha, which shows stability to be able to be applied to the population of this study. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship with the administrative management and the satisfaction of the teleconsultation user and the result of a moderate, positive and direct correlation and a (rho) of 0.580 and a significance value of less than 5%.
