Abstract:
One of the dimensions to generate changes and educational innovation is linked to political practices understood as conflict negotiation and decision making, which should have a positive impact on the functions and mission of the University (Barraza, 2005). The main purpose of this research was to show how the FESZ-UNAM, in its Institutional Development Plan 2022-2026 (PIDE), includes in its Curricular and Didactic design the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) in its classrooms, both face-to-face and virtual. In order to capture and systematize the experience, a qualitative methodological approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design were used, using documentary analysis techniques and an open consultation with the professors via e-mail. Among the most relevant results is the recognition of an unforeseen emerging scenario in which the informants consulted perceive that the PIDE does not include a specific policy on OER, but only mentions similar concepts: Academic Resources, Online and Distance Learning Resources and Digital Resources, among others.
