PROTECTIA MINORILOR IN DREPTUL ROMAN

Abstract:
Although the Romans did not share the same concern for the rights of minors striking as that manifested nowadays, they still developed a series of measures for the protection of young people. This article analyzes the concept of minor in the Roman world, the status of various categories of young people, and practical aspects of their care, so in the event that they were under the power of the pater familias and where were sui iuris.
