Abstract:
Numerous studies have demonstrated the relevance of reputation for organizations. The concept is considered by researchers "a moving target" because of its complexity. In this research, we tried to present the most representative theories regarding the concept of "reputation" and to delimit the concept from similar ones. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of existing literature on the subject. Additionally, to underscore the significance of this matter, we conducted a literature study by analyzing works listed in the Scopus database. Our paper will refine the extracted database through bibliometric analysis to identify prevalent themes in contemporary scientific research related to reputation.
