Abstract:
The world has changed and individuals now face a new array of challenges. At the dawn of the twenty-first century, we are immersed in a society affected by a far-reaching phenomenology that confronts men, women and the State with issues that require attention and, above all, a new path for public policies and institutions, as well as the related legal framework.
