Abstract: Aim. Nowadays technologies are becoming more and more important. Technological developments in the last century have led to many changes in human life. In the public sector, there is an effective working environment for employees taking advantage of technological development in the financial organization. Results. Technology changes a lot in a person's life. Also, people suffer from the use of technology psychologically. Conclusion. Technologies are designed to facilitate people's work and make it more productive. On the other hand, the psychological climate is deteriorating because of the many problems caused by technology using. The solution of this problem has both theoretical and practical value for orming the effective and efficient tax service system.Â
