The Genre Range in “Dagestanskaya Pravda†Newspaper

Abstract: The aim of the article is revealing the genre diversity of “Dagestanskaya Pravda†newspaper.Methods: observation, comparison, analysis, synthesis. Results. The author defines the genre range in the researched newspaper, analyzes some materials, published on the newspaper pages.Conclusion. “Dagestanskaya Pravda†continues to be one of the leading official newspapers of the Republic of Dagestan. Perhaps, therefore, information genres prevail on the pages of this edition, reporting on topical events, that happen in our region.
