학부생을 위한 중력모형

Abstract: 중력모형은 국제무역 분야의 대표적 분석 도구이자 무역정책 평가에서 가장 널리 사용되는 모형이다. 이 모형은 탄탄한 이론적 기반, 뛰어난 실증적 성과, 직관적 이해의 용이성, 그리고 손쉬운 적용 가능성에도 불구하고, 학부생이나 중력모형 문헌 입문자들이 연구에 활용하기 위해 필요한 적절한 소개와 충분한 설명을 그동안 충분히 제공받지 못했다. 이 장의 목적은 학부생에게 국제무역에서의 중력모형을 소개하고, 이론적 중력모형 방정식을 다양한 연구 프로젝트와 정책 분석에 활용할 수 있는 계량경제학적 모형으로 번역하여 제시하는 데 있다.
