Abstract: แบบจำลองแรงโน้มถ่วงเป็นแบบจำลองหลักของเศรษฐศาสตร์การค้าระหว่างประเทศ และเป็นเครื่องมือที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลายในการวิเคราะห์นโยบายการค้า อย่างไรก็ตาม แม้แบบจำลองนี้จะมีรากฐานทางทฤษฎีที่มั่นคง ประสบความสำเร็จเชิงประจักษ์อย่างโดดเด่น เข้าใจได้ไม่ยาก และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้อย่างสะดวก แต่กลับยังไม่ได้รับการนำเสนอและอธิบายอย่างเป็นระบบและครอบคลุมเพียงพอ โดยเฉพาะสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและผู้ที่สนใจเริ่มต้นศึกษาและประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองนี้ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแนะนำแบบจำลองแรงโน้มถ่วงทางการค้าแก่นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและผู้ที่สนใจ พร้อมทั้งแปลงสมการแรงโน้มถ่วงเชิงทฤษฎีให้อยู่ในรูปของแบบจำลองเศรษฐมิติที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง ทั้งในโครงการวิจัยและการวิเคราะห์เชิงนโยบายในบริบทที่หลากหลาย.
