Abstract: Electricity is an important raw material for all commercial operations and, like any other commodity, supply quality is very important. The quality of electricity supply service largely determines the efficiency of electricity consumption and economic parameters of the user. In this respect, knowing the influence of power quality on the cost is of particular interest for the electricity supplier but also for the consumer who must make decisions to ensure a quality level suitable for the specific processes.
