Abstract:
The authors consider ways of innovative development of Russia under conditions of the new economy. In the author’s opinion, the mechanism of realization of strategic goals should be accompanied by creation of institutions of ‘breakthrough’ of the Russian Federation into the world economic community and be comprehensive. The necessity of systematic work not only in the economic field, but also in the fields of education, law and politics is shown. Conclusion: the countries that cannot provide the necessary level of education of their citizens, development of science, are doomed, among other things, to deep dependence on the international financial centers and to the role of the source of human resources for the TNCs.
