PRIMERA DÉCADA DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LOS FONDOS EUROPEOS PARA LA PROMOCIÓN DEL VINO: ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO ENTRE FRANCIA, ITALIA Y ESPAÑA

Abstract: En este artículo se realiza un análisis comparativo de la gestión de los fondos OCM Vino Promoción tras sus primeros 10 años de implementación. El estudio se centra en los datos de los tres principales países del sector vitivinícola europeo: Francia, Italia y España. Cruzando los presupuestos otorgados, la media de ejecución y el valor de las exportaciones realizadas durante el mismo periodo, se obtienen conclusiones que invitan a la realización de ulteriores estudios cuantitativos con el objetivo de mejorar la gestión de dichos fondos europeos destinados a las bodegas.

This paper presents a comparative analysis of CMO Wine Promotion implementation during its first 10 years of activity. We analyze the main indicators from European wine sector key players: France, Italy and Spain. Matching the fixed budget, the implementation shares and exports value registered during the same period, we obtain qualitative conclusions that encourage carrying out more quantitative studies with the aim to improve this wineries oriented European funds management.
