Abstract:
This paper aims to show a theoretical description of the integrative enterprises under resources-based view. The limitations of micro, small and medium enterprises is analyzed, and how integrative enterprises contribute to increased competitiveness through capacity development and integration of the resources of the associated firms; by using a qualitative method, it is found that the implementation of this model offers advantages to integrated firms that could not accomplish them by themselves.
