Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of private pension / life and private pension companies operating in the insurance sector. Eight criteria have been determined for performance analysis of companies. These criteria are total premium, total assets, equity, pre-tax profit/loss, total debt, total reserve, total damage, current asset/short term debts. Eight criteria were used to analyze companies' performance. TOPSIS, which is a multi-criteria decision making method, and 2018 data of the companies included in the last published Insurance and PPS Annual Report were examined. According to the findings, the companies are ranked from the highest to the lowest performance value.
