Abstract: The evaluation of the quality of the services offered in the health sector is usually carried out by perception measurement. The perceived quality of service is determined by comparing the difference between the expectations of the customers before the service is received and the service they are experienced. If the expectation is lower than the actual service, this circumstance is explained as quality of service issue. In this study, problems related to the services provided in Health Institutions in Turkey, the questions about the health service are based on Life Satisfaction Survey in the Turkish Statistical Institute's 2015 and the patients' perceptions of these questions were measured by non-parametric tests and Correspondence Analysis.
