Abstract: Human beings face many health problems that can threaten their life from birth to death. The aging of the world population in recent years, the acceleration of technological developments and the developments in the treatment of diseases that negatively affect life, and the prolongation of the life span of the patients have increased the necessity of palliative care. Palliative care is a comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients' physical, psychosocial and spiritual symptoms, and services aimed at relieving the suffering of patients and their relatives and improving their quality of life. The purpose of our study; to inform the personnel about the issue, which will ensure the provision of services that will reduce the problems that the patients will be exposed to in the last stages of their lives, and to make solutions and suggestions that will enable the patients' relatives to transform their lives into a better quality.
