Abstract:
Physical distance is a limiting factor in communication in organizations. As organizations grow, communication networks become longer. In order to prevent this situation, the possibilities of new technologies are utilized. The communication tools that provide the connection of individuals and organizations with the world facilitate the communication that decreases due to physical distance. In addition to the size of organizations, their complex structures can also restrict communication. It is inevitable that communication problems will arise when the role of communication in organizations is prolonged. Communication tools increase their importance day by day. Although communication systems have been used in the field of corporate communication for many years as a reflection of the development in communication technologies, they have some differences with some features. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate and analyze the efficiency and impact of the tools used in the context of corporate communication activities of the institutions within the Ministry of National Education. In line with this goal, unlike traditional methods, it is to test whether the communication methods are gained by the targeted behaviors in the process, as well as to measure the academic gains that can occur in short time intervals.
