Abstract:
This study examines the influence of innovative human capital on supply chain resilience through empirical analysis of panel data from 30 Chinese provinces. The findings reveal that innovative human capital serves as a vital conduit for knowledge and a facilitator of technology dissemination, thereby considerably enhancing the resilience of the supply chain. Furthermore, the study highlights the significant moderating role of governmental technological support and policy focus in this process. Additional insights are offered into the heterogeneous impacts shaped by the robustness of intellectual property protections and regional variations.
