Abstract:
This paper examines the impact of regional judicial improvements on the cross-regional development of manufacturing enterprises using data from 2011 to 2022. The findings suggest that judicial enhancements facilitate enterprises' cross-regional investments, thereby fostering broader regional development. Further analysis reveals that optimizing the judicial system promotes corporate specialization and cultivates a fair, competitive environment, ultimately advancing cross-regional expansion. These insights contribute to the understanding of judicial reforms at the microeconomic level and provide practical guidance for enterprises seeking sustainable development.
