Dynamic analysis of interhospital collaboration and competition: Empirical evidence from an Italian regional health system

Daniele Mascia, Fausto Di Vincenzo and Americo Cicchetti

Health Policy, 2012, vol. 105, issue 2, 273-281

This article addresses a gap in the extant literature by empirically analyzing simultaneous collaboration and competition between hospitals within the Italian National Health Service, where important procompetition reforms have been implemented.
