Abstract:
•This study explores the cognitive flexibility of habitual entrepreneurs at the frontier of entrepreneurship and neuroscience.•The results show habitual entrepreneurs have higher cognitive flexibility than less experienced entrepreneurs and managers.•The brain imaging results opens new research avenues in the nascent field of neuroentrepreneurship.•This study raises a critical question: are the observed differences born or made?
