Sign tests using ranked set sampling with unequal set sizes

Statistics & Probability Letters, 2014, vol. 85, issue C, 69-77

Abstract: This paper considers sign test under ranked set sampling with unequal set sizes (RSSU), and proposes weighted sign tests associated with judgment ranks. The optimal weight vector is shown to be distribution-free, and RSSU is shown to be more efficient than ranked set sampling.
