Japanese-language periodicals on patents information

Abstract: The article comprises a survey of Japanese-language patent periodicals with a view to identifying those which included substantial articles on developments in the dissemination of patent information, its use, classification, etc. The starting point of the survey was the list of periodicals on 'inventions, patents' in the Directory of Japanese Scientific Periodicals. Short assessments of the contents of 16 periodicals are included along with the translations of the titles of eight other periodicals, copies of which had not been obtainable at the time of the survey.
