Michael W. Hill
World Patent Information, 1990, vol. 12, issue 1, 20-25
Abstract:
The author reviews a number of the topics of current concern in the field of national information policies and also some of the broader national policies which may have to be reflected in those information policies. He relates them to issues and practices in industrial property information, especially patent information, and illustrates the need for greater interaction in the future between the various policy makers involved.
