Usefulness of the hybrid systems in computerized searches

Abstract: The development of hybrid classification systems associated with the IPC in the Japanese Patent Office is described and the effectiveness of search in a computerized system based on the IPC hybrid system in the lubrication field (subclasses C10M, C10N) is examined.
