Enhancing the patent work of enterprises in China

Shen Jialian

World Patent Information, 1993, vol. 15, issue 1, 18-20

Abstract: 1 April 1992 was the eighth birthday of the Chinese patent system. Patent application numbers have been increasing every year. However, the patent work in enterprises needs to be enhanced. Some large and medium-sized State-owned enterprises have not made any patent application within this seven year period. A few local authorities have gained really good experiences in promoting patent activities in enterprises.
