Abstract:
CASRIP is an independent research and policy development institute focusing on problems in patent and other property ownership rights in products of high technology, including biotechnology and computer software. It aims to improve the exchange of views, particularly between Japan and the USA, and to study the impact of intellectual property on international trade.
