Abstract:
Possibilities of networked access to CD-ROMs in the theent world are outlined. A brief history of selection and evaluation of CD-LAN hardware and software and one year experience after installation of the CBIS system combined with SABER menu are described. User statistics for different kinds of applications illustrate increasing search activity of patent examiners.
