Survey on EPO -- DG1 search quality

Abstract:
EPO -- DG1 made an inquiry amongst its most important users of the European patenting procedure. This was effected during the second quarter of 1992 and gave a response rate of 47.3%. The general opinion on satisfaction level for quality is situated at 93.6% and the satisfaction level for the most important specific aspects of search activity varies between 88.5% and 93.6%. Less important aspects were rated at a level between 70.3% and 81.1%.
