The structuring of patent information services in the offices of developing countries: Strategic considerations

Abstract: The present arrangements for making patent information available to offices of developing countries are outlined and the problems arising discussed. Ways in which the arrangements could be developed in the future, mainly with the aid of CD-ROMs and network systems, are outlined.
