The regional industrial property information network in France

Abstract: The way in which the network has developed since 1791 to the present 11 regional offices, and the current structure, are described. Results of a customer survey are also presented, together with some proposals for improving contact with the public, such as increasing the number of public surgeries, expanding the range of services provided, and providing more training directed to SMEs.
