Model schemes for DWPI access in PATLIB libraries

Abstract: The reasons for the importance of the DWPI file are reviewed and some brief consideration is given to the many issues facing PATLIB libraries. An overview of Derwent pricing considerations is developed into a proposal for experimental concessions which could benefit all PATLIB libraries, and the ways in which these could be implemented are detailed.
