25 years of World Patent Information: a very personal journey

Abstract: The author recalls the early origins of World Patent Information, and his involvement with its inception and subsequent development over 25 years. Editors and publishers are highlighted. His personal perspectives on the journal are also extended to comparisons of relevant technology changes over this period.
