Abstract: El artículo explora la evolución del mercado eléctrico chileno hacia el modelo ISO. Se enfatiza la autonomía e independencia del CEN en contraposición a los CDECs, señalando los futuros desafíos en fortalecer mecanismos de control y la necesidad de avances hacia la carbono-neutralidad.
