Abstract:
The authors consider various methodological aspects in the evolution of the problem of intellectual property protection in international trade relations, and common provisions and principles laid in "Agreement On Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights" signed by the member countries of the WTO. They analyze the correspondence of national laws to the provisions of the Part on "Standards Concerning The Availability, Scope And Use Of Intellectual Property Rights" of the above mentioned Agreement.
