Mechanisms of innovation transformations in EU countries and possibilities of their use in Ukraine's economy

Abstract: The author attempts to justify urgent transformation of Ukraine' economy in the light of innovation policy and guidelines of the EU basic program of technological research and development. She proposes directions to develop organization and economic mechanisms to solve the problems of this country's innovation development.
