Corporate structures in innovative activities: world experience and opportunities for Ukraine

Abstract: The author analyzes the role of corporate structures in regulating economic the economic reforms and supporting innovation processes. She reveals and characterizes the factors favoring the creation and efficient functioning of big corporate structures in Ukraine, which are directly related to the development of science-intensive production and support of innovation-based economic development.
