Models for strategic planning of innovative development in high-tech production

Abstract: The author proposes an approach to coordination of the multi-level system on the basis of models foe the formation and solution of conflicts between the plans of economic development of individual companies. The models of multi-criterion optimization and coordination have are constructed in the form of a mathematical structure according to Pareto principle and may be used in the elaboration of strategic plans of innovative development.
