Formation of corporate structures in Ukraine

Abstract: The author considers theoretical opinions on the trends and peculiarities of the companies' development as structures constantly improving in accordance with the requirement of socio-economic relations and market environment. The article determines characteristics of the formation of corporate sector of Ukraine's economy and its transformations, as well as the basic factors affecting the character of re-organization and restructuring of productive companies.
