L. Kukhareva V. Porokhnia
Economy and Forecasting, 2007, issue 4, 124-140
Abstract:
The authors consider their own theory of formation and accumulation of intellectual capital and human capital and their impact on economic development. They investigate the nature of human potential, which depends on the relationship between potential capital and accumulated intellectual capital, and propose a model of its development.
