Abstract:
The author justifies possible directions of the change in the function of management of non-market socio-cultural services in the course of transition to multi-channel system of financing. Principal attention is given to new functions of management at macro-level and the role of corruption. The article considers the ways of the population's influence on supply and quality of non-market services.
