Financial speculations and sustainability of an economic system

Abstract:
The author considers the impact of financial speculation on the sustainability of economic systems, in the first place, in the real sector. He defines the forms and instruments of financial speculations, and modern signs of 'overheating' in Ukraine's economy. The article justifies various peculiarities of this country's financial market and measures to reduce the risks of the destabilization of Ukraine's financial system.
