Development of the dairy market: Global tendencies and domestic prospects

Abstract: The authors analyze the modern tendencies of the dairy market development and its condition in various countries. They determine certain peculiarities of the domestic dairy market and investigate dynamics, principal problems and risks of its functioning. The article also justifies the guidelines and development prospects of the dairy market under the conditions of globalization.
