The domestic market of ecologically clean food products and the ways of its development

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the condition of the domestic market of ecologically clean food products and the peculiar features of its in Ukraine. Special attention is given to the definition of marketing instruments of the formation of domestic demand for organic products. In the process of research, the methods of scientific generalization and statistical processing of economic information are used. Also, the author deals with the ways of minimization of economic risks in the development of organic production.
