Problems and prospects of the creation of an efficient mechanism to manage the financial resources of Ukraine's high education

Abstract: The article analyzes the main problems of the financial of Ukraine's high education. The author proposes urgent measures to raise the efficiency of the use of financial resources of the educational sphere and defines a complex of tools to reform the system of financing of the high education based on modern management methods oriented to the conditions of sustainable innovation based development of Ukraine.
