The development of book-publishing in Ukraine

Abstract: The author analyzes the present condition of book-publishing in Ukraine comprising the main indicators, problems and tendencies. She investigates the main causes that have led to the sector's unsatisfactory conditions and the principal guidelines of the state book-publishing policy.
