Public-private partnership in Ukraine: the prospects of use to realize infrastructural projects and provide public services

Abstract: The author analyzes the world experience of the realization projects based on public-private partnership, considers the possibilities of and assesses the potential of the use of this instrument to realize infrastructure projects and provide public services in Ukraine. Also, she justifies the need of state support in this sphere, defines the role of science in the development of public-private partnership and proposes urgent guidelines to conduct scientific research on those issues.
