Abstract:
The author investigates social organization of the society, mental-political borders on the European space, the process of europization and the role of institutions in it. The article tackles various problematic issues for Ukraine and the EU as the most efficient structure on the European continent. The author justifies the need to raise the level of self-organization in the Ukrainian socium by means of social education.
