Abstract: The necessity of creating a system of early warning of earthquakes early in order to minimize economic losses.The methodology is based on the use of robust noise technology to process seismic signals recorded in mothballed wells.The technology of processing seismic-acoustic information to create a system of advance notification of when earthquakes in the seismically active regions.
