Abstract: É possivel que o discurso sobre a condição das mulheres no mundo corporativo seja masculino. Entretanto, ninguém melhor do que as próprias mulheres, para falar sobre o que mudou e o que ainda permanece o mesmo nesse campo. Neste Ponto de Vista, Iêda Novais, Betania Tanure e Elaine Vilela falam sobre o presente e o futuro da condição profissional feminina no Brasil. Com ênfase crítica, seus depoimentos destacam ganhos, mas também desafios a serem superados por homens e mulheres na conquista da igualdade.
